Mac and Cheese Bites

- Ingredients
- 16 oz. Box Elbow Noodles
- 16 oz. pkg. Velveeta Cheese
- 8 oz. pkg. Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 8 oz. pkg. Mild Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups Milk
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions and drain.
- In a pot, add the rest of ingredients and stir together.
- Over medium heat, stir the cheese mixture until combined and melted through.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the elbow noodles and stir together.
- Using a mini muffin tin, spoon a heaping tablespoon of the macaroni into each tin.
- Bake in oven for about 30 minutes until heated through and a slight crust forms on the top of the macaroni cups.
- Cool for about 10 minutes until macaroni cools enough so they pop out of the tin.
- This recipe makes approximately 24-30 macaroni bites.
- Serve just how they are or with your favorite garnish.
